I remember an episode of 'A Touch of Frost' from years ago that had footage of one of our away matches. It was really odd watching our players and then having completely different people in the close ups. I think the murderer was also on our team, which I thought was a dreadful stain on our reputation.

Its still repeated ocassionally..... Simmo Hodgson and Paul Bancroft were recognisable from the footage so that dates it.

Well after the 'Doctors' screening today we're now Letherbridge Harriers  . Quite a bit of filming was carried out at Aggy around the story of a young African player who had severe tendonitis around his cruciate and had been unable to play since signing. As it turned out, he was one of twins where his brother had been signed by the club, but was subsequently killed without anyone at the club knowing. To get into the country the other brother pretended to be him but he wasn't any good at football and so feigned the injury to cover up the fact. Well, that's the gist of it anyway. Incidentally, the Chairman was a right crook!!!!

Due to the amount of filming at the club, I hope we were paid a few quid.

:comeonharriers2: Kiddy that is - not Letherbridge :comeonharriers2:
