Robinson loan.

Looks like his last game with us will be at Altrincham on Saturday. He wants to return to Luton and challenge for a 1st tem place. Big loss for us.

Very disappointed to read this. We will certainly miss this guy who has contributed greatly to our results and performances of late.
Vitally important that GW tries to bring in another quality midfield player on loan to compensate for our loss of Robinson. Storer must be a few away yet from making a comeback and we need to fill that gap as a matter of urgency. Perhaps one of the 2/3 players GW refers to in the Shuttle may be such a player.

Storers back for Saturday.

Probably why Robinson wants to go back. Been told Storer gets first dibs

Massively disappointing news, Robinson has really spiced up the midfield, his distribution and his control of the ball are streets ahead of anyone else in the side. Personally I couldn't see Storer getting in the side if Robinson was to stay. Back to hoofball after Saturday?

Oh dear, it seemed like things were going too well!

This is very bad news. We'd happened on exactly the player we needed. Massive loss.

I think the hoofball was more down to playing Blissett up front rather than Storer in midfield. Since Blissett has gone we have had no choice but to start playing it on the deck.

I agree with previous posters this news is very bad news I was hoping that we might be able to sign him up for the rest of the season at least. Wishful thinking.

But the shocking news re the death of Philip Hughes put every thing into perspective !!!!

I thought in the first half against Wrexham we got the ball down on the deck quite a bit and I was impressed with the way both Byrne and Verma were linking up with Robinson. As the second-half went on we did revert to type a bit but Robinson has unquestionably helped to get us playing good passing football. Storer has his strengths but the ability to play the killer pass isn't one of them.
