Sad to see Stourport Swifts chairman Chris Reynolds died last night.
Been around the club a long time & did almost everything there during his time.
RIP Chris

I didn't know him but It's very sad. Cancer I believe.
Wee Jimmy McCue, on here, knew him well.

Re: Chris Reynolds
So very sorry to hear this news. I knew Chris from over 20 years back when I played with him for Colinthians FC in the Birmingham AFA.
A very talented player and a lovely guy respected and popular with everyone who knew him. He put so much time, effort and money into Stourport and was indeed Mr Swift.
I was aware he was quite ill, but understood his condition may have been improving. Sadly, this was one battle Chris couldn't win.
A huge loss to his family - our thoughts are very much with them, and to the Swifts.
R.I.P. Chris.
NB I hope Harriers observe his contribution to the Wyre Forest footballing community before tomorrow's game v Hereford.

Re: Chris Reynolds
Very sad.
Chris was one of those many unsung heroes of grass roots football, who put 100% effort into his club, simply for the love of the game.
Respect.
