Hereford look down on little Kidderminster. Claim they don’t care but then yes, they seem pretty pleased we are down.

Looking a tad into the future I wonder if one or both of the Xmas derby games next season will now be with Rushall Olympic rather than our illustrious neighbours down the road?

They don't have Gloucester anymore so it'll be us.

Would prefer Hereford, better atmosphere/occasion plus will be sure to get a ticket, no idea of Rushall capacity, but average crowd just over 500, can`t be much.

Another serious issue, another ground which may not be able to accommodate our following. Imagine those 300-400 or so tickets we'd probably get will be snapped up in minutes.

It may be apples and oranges, but I was at the home game vs Scunthorpe at the start of the season and they did a fantastic job with organisation etc. I'd have few concerns on that come matchday

Looking a little wider I notice Fraser Horsfall, Joe Ironside and Sam Austin all scored for their respective clubs last weekend.........

I sometimes wonder what level we would be playing at if we had been able to retain our best players over the last 3 or 4 years.

Very true, add Emmanuel Dieseruvwe, Emmanuel Sonupè and Ryan Croasdale to the list too.

On that note, Mansfield have tonight been promoted to League One. That's 11 years since they pipped us to the Conference title on the final day by two points thanks to Wrexham fielding their reserves on a 1-0 defeat (admittedly they'd done the same for us two weeks previously). On that final day we beat Stockport County 4-0 to relegated them to National League North. Wrexham then beat us in the playoffs semi finals.

Those three clubs mentioned have sealed the top three places in League Two this season, and will all compete in the third tier next season. We'll be three divisions below them.

I have no idea how we would have fared had we made it back into League Two in 2013, but you can't help but wonder... Such fine margins and the different trajectories we've ended up on.

On a similar note Boston's 1-0 win over Banbury last night puts paid to Hereford's faint hopes of a play off place.
Redditch still a possible candidate in SL Central, along with Leamington and AFC Telford.
We might see Macc in NLN next year too.
