I am very surprised aberred that you are not a shareholder especially given your support of CGs vision for the Club. Can I suggest that you e.mail the Chairman and ask to become a shareholder and thus support the club in its future ambitions.aberred wrote:What does the letter say?

Are there any spare shares available - I thought CG had taken them all?

Re: KHFC Shareholders
The reason I asked was because of this request on the Official site and wondered what it was all about.

Re: KHFC Shareholders
As I read it, we are being asked if we would like to buy shares, but only pay in part now. The club at a future date could then ask us to pay in full.
Hope I`ve not broken any official secrets act.

As the letter is not marked 'Private and Confidential' (well mine isn't) I do not think you have broken any regulations regarding the sharing of information with third parties.Medieval wrote:As I read it, we are being asked if we would like to buy shares, but only pay in part now. There are several ways of supporting a football club, Pershore.pershoreharrier wrote:I am very surprised aberred that you are not a shareholder especially given your support of CGs vision for the Club. Getting behind the club, its management and players being one of them.

Scrutiny is more important than blindly having faith in an ego trip. I'll say what I've said before - considering the types we've had in the past - I'm shocked at the number of people who have full faith in the current ownership.Cal's Spongebag wrote:There are several ways of supporting a football club, Pershore.pershoreharrier wrote:I am very surprised aberred that you are not a shareholder especially given your support of CGs vision for the Club. Having heard the content of the letter from someone who has had it, including a reference to debt owed - I'm told - it's all very worrying. Would appreciate some confirmation if this is the case?

Is that the full gist of the letter? I believe there is more to it than that.Medieval wrote:As I read it, we are being asked if we would like to buy shares, but only pay in part now. The club at a future date could then ask us to pay in full.

I fully accept that and support the principle Cal which is fair and reasonable BUT it should not exclude proper examination to form a balanced view.Cal's Spongebag wrote:There are several ways of supporting a football club, Pershore.pershoreharrier wrote:I am very surprised aberred that you are not a shareholder especially given your support of CGs vision for the Club. With a young son, and another on the way in a fortnight, I don’t really have much disposable income. Otherwise I’d happily invest.
As for scrutiny of CG. I speak to him pretty regulary, and others. It’s not a blind faith. I am continually asking questions.
As for the shareholders letter, to avoid speculation getting out of hand, it would be great if a copy could be typed up on here.
