Will we continue with our outstanding second half as at Barnet or will it be same old same old?

It's up my way but not doing it-had to make a decision a few weeks ago and thought that instead of spending money watching crap away performances(how silly I look eh?) I'd put that money towards the boxing in November.

Is Storer banned for this one? We're going to miss him big time IMO.

Whilst not disagreeing with that comment, it does reflect on the dearth of quality in rest of the suspects.

Yes he breaks up play very well, wins his tackles and headers and never hides. He will take some replacing.

Will we play with Grimes in a holding role? Not ideal, but guess its the only choice. Unless of course he goes for .......

JoK

Would be nice (if selected), if he could put in a performance.

I do remember a couple of years ago, a few really slagging off Super Gitto, and look at him now.

Only saying

Aimed at me

That was then,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Super Gitto has progressed from a very lowly base - Alvechurch I think, whereas JOK is sliding down the levels that is a big difference.

Who replaces Storer will tell us a lot about GW's thinking on certain individuals - my guess is he will go with Grimes in midfield alongside Bryne & Gittings.

...or he could surprise us all by bringing in Obeng and playing two wingers.

Away from home, that would be just a little too radical - personally don't think that's in GW's DNA !!!

He might well swop MJ and Obeng though!!

IF it was me, I would try Green in there I honestly think he could turn out a useful player given the chance - saw him
several times in pre season and he impressed, plus he did little wrong when he filled in for Jaza at right back,(Alty) once he had over come the shock of being selected!!!

But you just know GW will go with Grimes,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I won't be going to this - although it is the venue of the Russ Penn 4 goal tally for us. I will rely on the text updates from Lancaster who I believe is going + the radio commentary from the Millerman and his able assistant (hello Matt Wall) if I am at home.

I have predicted a draw (albeit nil nil) and that would I believe be a good result for us.

But he's sat on the bench, and never starts a game, I can't see your point.

Apparently Josh Gowling is out for a few games, so Grimes will be in at the back.

A probable Verma/Byrne/Gittings/Johnson midfield in that case Saturday, with Obeng on for 30 mins second half.
