Calling all shareholders
Can I ask as many shareholders as possible to get to the AGM on Monday.
We have to get rid of this board.
Today I've been enlightened shall we say on the actions of certain people who run the club.
From my conversation I can safely say that I don't want them anywhere the club that I love.
Now I'm not sure how it works but a vote of no confidence has to be called. The self serving people are not in it for the love of the club. KHFC Is going down the pan and will continue to do so while board remains.
I can assure you that removing the board will not leave us high and dry, infact quite the opposite. Keeping these people in charge will only lead to more financial misery.
Get them out.

And those are the words of a well-respected broadcaster who is knowledgable and has posted useful and without exception, accurate information on this forum for several years.

Re: Calling all shareholders
I have to agree with what is said in this post, and although I didn't hear what some may of heard or read I have to say i have lost confidence in the board.
Something I did hear which I won't repeat actually shocked me that someone so high up in the club actually said to a sponsor.
I just beg shareholders to go tomorrow and ask some serious questions, especially why was all the hard decisions made so late about the playing budget etc.
What do any of the directors bring to the club, apart from the Lanes that keep bank rolling the deciphet.
I will be purchasing my season ticket next season, although I may not actually go in protest.

Re: Calling all shareholders
Can you enlighten us further aberred?
Asking shareholders to ditch the board is a major step.

Re: Calling all shareholders
I'd agree, but who would take the reins in the mean time?
Norgrove and Savery.
And we're back to square 2010.
Even though the people at the top are by all accounts, piss poor...they still have to make decisions and put hours in. We need somebody else to do replace them and do that.
The biggest issue is what do the majority shareholders decide to do? They being, Norgrove, Savery, Serrell I believe, and Murrant. Would they commit to selling their shares at a cut price if the right person came along?

I'm told there are people ready to come on board and turn the ship around. I've been told things today that have shocked me. From what I've been told, the club cannot continue with these people at the helm.

so if we vote them out, and they walk out the door we do we vote on tomorrow night.
do we not have a chance to veto these new directors, do they fit the LG fit and proper .
I believe 2 of the 3 main shareholders will not be there unless the 1 of those 3 has the other 2's right to vote for them , then not worth doing.
so what did your source tell you that we don't know.

Why would 2 out of the 3 biggest shareholders not bother to turn up?sprials wrote:aberred wrote:My source is a good one.

Pretty unforgivable in the current circumstances.
