2017/18 Squad
Was interetsing to note from the body language (rather than the performance) on Good Friday that Jordan Tunnicliffe may not be here next year.
Also think that Williams is the best right back we have - better than Hodgkiss (for the style we play) and Josh

Interesting observation-can't say I noticed anything but what did I miss?

Will have to watch that back see it highlights picked it up. Can't say I noticed anything at the game but think at that time we can be forgiven!

Re: 2017/18 Squad
That would be a great pity as we Keith Lowe will eventually retire and Tunnicliffe has given great service whilst learning his trade. It might be that Tyrone Williams ends up as a centre back though.

I can't say I noticed anything, but why would he not celebrate like anyone else? Even if he was leaving?
Surely, half the squad don't know whether they will be here or not next season?
(Unless loads have contract offers on the table and are considering their options?)

Didn't notice. How far from the huddle was he? Was he just too far away/knackered. Suspect football league clubs will be after him.
Think we have to go up in order to keep most of our squad. Promotion is now crucial.....

Re: 2017/18 Squad
Agreed. It's like assessing the commitment of the England team by how loudly they sing the national anthem. Always won by Joe Hart at the Euros, who was diabolical on the pitch. A team is at it's weakest when it's just scored. So good to see him focusing on keeping a clean sheet instead of getting distracted, in my view.koro wrote:Bit of a daft thread, debating huddles

Ridiculous comments re jt looked very happy when we scored and he bust a gut to get into the box. His performance was excellent again on Saturday as always.

Re: 2017/18 Squad
Josh Gowling never celebrated with the players as he always went to the management for tactics. Maybe Tunnicliffe wanted to save some energy for the final few moments to hold onto the win.
