Wasn't DP also Commercial Manager - does the Boston programme list anyone as Commercial Manager?

Well Easter has come and gone and still no announcement from the club.

Being swept under the carpet?

Strange, I thought CG had nothing to hide and that KHFC was open and above board.

Well I have just looked on the Club Website and realise this whole scenario has just been a bad dream as Dave Pountney is listed as on the Board of Directors and is also Managing Director.

Clearly no need to rush an announcement as nothing has happened.

Oh! Well that's just fine then,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Maybe the club is just as slow updating their website as they are informing fans.

Why not drop Colin an email, I did and got a reply concerning Dave leaving the club.

Not difficult, but then again some just prefer to slag the club off at every opportunity on here. :wall:

Not sure CG would want everybody e-mailing him so why do they not put the record straight or maybe Lovejoy can?

I agree 100%

Like so much that's on a need to know basis, why can't the club just inform the fans by way of an announcement either in the press or on the website, same with injuries and player availability.

OH! I forgot it's kept secret so as not to give opponents an advantage - can't quite see that applies in this case, BWTFDIK,,,,,,,,,,,

So people have actually emailed CG and got a reply, showing there is a clear avenue for fans to get an answer to their burning question but still people just want to whinge and complain on here... Just a bit sad.

It's supposed to be a "professional" football club.
Why should you have to email the chairman 2 weeks later to ask a question.
The Cheif Executive/General Manager is the most important role of the day to day running of the club off the field & suddenly we now don't have one,it's not just like the tea boy has left.
Who's currently in the role at present at the most important stage of the season?

I don't think that's unreasonable, unless there IS something to hide, - the longer the silence the more fans will think that is the case.

Which is easier for the chairman/owner - answer hundreds(?) of emails (taking up his precious time) or communicate via the media?

And are those that have asked for clarification been sworn to secrecy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I very much doubt CG is getting hundreds of emails.

If people REALLY want to know they have been given a way to find out.

Strange how some people, apparently desperate to know, for some reason won't send one email to get the answer.

They prefer to keep banging on about it on here.

Fair play for doing that, good that you had a reply

Well maybe its between Colin and Dave, and that is how both wish it to remain?
Have people actually thought of that one? In which case, one cannot then just come out and talk about it via media/website.

People should also remember that it was Dave who put it out on his facebook account.
