Im Off to ibiza for the next two weeks.I hope that when I return we have won all the games and steve burr proved right with the new signings.Although we rarely do well against Forest green or Barrow this could be the season when we put that right. This is called optimism but you never know.

After a disastrous day at Dartford (with the result and loss of two players who were undoubtedly part of the spine of the team Burr had assembled) I think it is vital the fans get behind the team from the off for what will be a v tough game against a big-spending FGR.
The likes of Che Dunkley could be making their competitive home debuts, and while for the first two or three games I think the nervousness was on the terraces rather than on the pitch I think there is now a real danger that this young side could start to really feel the pressure.
A few people on this forum have started sniping at each other over different views of our current predicament, fact is the team needs us now more than ever.
The loss of Jack Byrne is really huge, with Lee Vaughan coming back I think we need Keith Briggs back in midfield. I think Vincent should drop to the bench - he hasn't been awful but I don't think he is the sort of player to turn a team around at such a difficult time.
Burr says the players are not playing as a team and that he will make changes for FGR. I think Guinan and Vaughan will start. In terms of playing like a team, I wonder if he will drop Johnson? Yes, he has been an attacking spark but isn't exactly a team player. This is far too left field, but maybe Mickey D or Callum Gittings will play wide left, Burr will prob go for Callum.
I can't make the game but really hope we get off the mark. Would take a scrappy 0-0 now but really hoping for three points.

Been told by someone who has Harriers Player that Burr says Blissett is starting. Would have preferred Guinan to start but we shall see I guess

I agree with Swansea. Lets all try and be positive for this one and if it all goes to pot come 1700hrs tomorrow, then we can all get on each others case again. Positive vibes everyone.

I do genuinely believe that we'll turn things around against FGR, predicted it a few days ago. Would be quintessential Harriers.
2-1 win

I'm hoping that with Vaughan back Briggs can go into midfield and partner Storer with Vincent dropped to the bench. We missed players who can keep the ball yesterday. If Blissett starts then im hoping Malbon partners him upfront.
I'll go for a 1-1 draw.

I was hoping for at least a point, but with the rumour mill going full tilt re arguements, team spirit shot to pieces, I just can't see it.
How about 4-1-3-2 with Mickey, Austin, Dunks, Vaughan, Briggs, Storer, Ricky, Pilks, Guinan and Malbs up front?

I am now entering the depths of despair and expect us to lose. It just feels as if other teams are off to a flyer with their new squads and its as if we're still in pre-season mode with changes to the team here, there and everywhere.

Lewis
Vaughan Dunkley Austin Mickey
Pilks Storer Briggs Johnson
Blissett Malbs
If Rowe and Vincent get anywhere near the pitch tomorrow, its a travesty!

IF all this unrest business is true, then the team Burr picks tomorrow will be very interesting.

Only 3 things that are certain today :- 1) Vaughan will play. I'm expecting good things going forward with Him and Ricky/Pilks. 2) He will get booked. 3) As always He will give 100%. (Give Him The Arm Band). And FFS lets NOT keep tryingt to pass the ball into the net from 3 yards!
