  • Shail helps out at Worcester

Harriers recently departed defender, Mark Shail, has joined up with his first club, Worcester City, on a non-contract basis.

City manager John Barton asked him to help out because of an injury crisis and played him in yesterdays 6-0 thrashing of Salisbury City.

He is now hoping that he will sign permanently.

Barton also asked Paul Webb to join City at the same time but Webby turned him down.

Shail and Webby were both released from Aggborough earlier this week when Jan decided to cancel their contracts through the lack of first team opportunities available to them.

City have also extended the loan of striker Stewart Hadley for another month after he turned in some good performances for them scoring three goals in his time there including one yesterday.

Barton is also hoping to make this loan deal permanent.
