  • reds held to draw at evesham
  • Harriers were held to a 1-1 draw at Eveshams Common Rd ground this evening.

    The game was forecast to be a tougher prospect than previous games against teams from below Evesham in the league pyramid. And it was.

    Tony Bird seemed subdued after his previous scoring spree against Bromsgrove and Halesowen and it took a goal from Peter Faulds to get a 'point' for the Harriers.

    There were second half appearances for new signings Mark Blake and Matt Lewis.

    First half side;
    Murphy, Medou-Otye, Epesse-Titi, Hinton, Joy, Faulds, Williams, Davies, Doyle, Middleton, Hadley.

    Second half side;
    Murphy, Medou-Otye, Abdou, Ayres, Joy, Bird, Blake, Webb, Doyle (Lewis, 70), Middleton, Corbett.
