Lads go out of Youth FA Cup

The Harriers youth team went bravely out of their FA cup at the City Ground, Nottingham, tonight.

Forest won with a 3-0 scoreline with goals from Bodkin (2)and Haskins.

Although the team had got this far they had to come up against top quality opponents sooner than later.

Forest were the better side throughout the match but we had our chances too, mainly in the second half when it was our turn to play into the strong, gusting wind.

But it was too late by then.
Forest had gone into a two goal lead, they added the third during the second half, by playing fluent possession football through their star player Haskins.

At the end they were happy to soak up any pressure that we applied but never looked in any danger of conceding.
