  • shail to face old club
  • Harriers face their stiffest test so far of the pre-season games tonight when they take on 2nd division Bristol City at Aggborough.

Jan will more than likely go with the team that started against Redditch last Saturday but with the inclusion of Mark Shail.

Shail signed for City where he spent just over seven years and eventually claimed the captains armband.

The three triallists at the club, Darren Middleton, Ian Joy and Sall Abdou will be looking at impressing Jan tonight with the aim of securing contracts.
All three have shown their worth but Joy looks the most certain to be retained.

It was thought that City's new signing Mike Stowell would be playing tonight but he has yet to sign a contract, (he still has time to change his mind).
19yr old trialist Jamie Attwell who was released by Spurs last May will play in goal instead.
