The Harriers manager, Jan Molby, has been given the Nationwide Division Three manager of the month award for November after the team produced a 100% record for the month.

It was a close thing though because until Friday evening Hartlepool's Chris Turner also had a 100% record but lost out when they could only manage a draw at home to Rochdale.

The Reds two home wins against Bristol Rovers (2-0) and Rushden & Diamonds (3-0) added to the wins at Leyton Orient (3-1) and Lincoln City (1-0) were the games that gave Jan the honour.
The FA Cup defeat against Darlington didn't count.

With these victories the Harriers have climbed from 18th position in the league up to 8th and on the verge of the play off places.

Now the curse begins!!
