  • Hadley out on loan

Harriers forgotten man, Stewart Hadley, has agreed to go out on loan in an effort to improve his chances of re-gaining his 1st team place at Aggborough.

He is also looking at it as a chance to make himself known to other clubs who may wish to sign him.

He has signed for local club Worcester City for a one month period with tomorrows home league game against Newport County marking his debut.

Ex Harrier John Barton, who is now in charge at St Georges Lane said:
"I had Stewart on loan at Nuneaton Borough when he was a young pro at Derby County but he's obviously a more experienced player now.

He's short of games and we're aware of that but we are also short of players and he'll start tomorrow."

Hadley has only played in five games for Harriers this season, the last one was back in September at Rochdale, and has fallen out of favour.

He reportedly turned down a chance to join Forest Green at the start of the season but has now decided that his future may lie away from Aggborough.

One player who has turned down the offer of a loan is Mark Shail.
Nuneaton had asked him to join them for a month but Mark turned them down saying that he was going to stay and fight for a place with the Harriers.

Like Hadley he has also only made five appearances so far this season.

He is one of 12 players whose contracts with Harriers expire in the summer.
