It's us heading for Sherwood Forest
The Worthington Cup first round draw has thrown up an intriguing draw for us against 1st Div Nottingham Forest.
This is the second year in a row that we have visited the City Ground, home of Forest. Last year the youth team paid them a visit in the Youth Cup where they sadly lost 3-0.
In previous years we have played Walsall and Preston NE in the first round and, although playing well, we have gone out.
This year due to relegated Ipswichs' involvement in Europe they will be having a bye into the second round. This means that there will have to be a preliminary round to decide who will meet Cardiff City in the first round proper. Bristol Rovers and Boston Utd will battle it out for this honour.
