Two new players before Boston

Shaun Cunnington has bought in two more players in time for tomorrows game at home to Boston Utd.

The first one, Jon Beswetherick, came in on Thursday after being released by Bristol Rovers.  He signed for them at the start of the season but made only one appearance for them in their Carling Cup game against Norwich City.

He has signed for the Harriers on a non-contract deal.

The other signing came early this morning from Chester City.  Darryn Stamp was a crowd favourite at Chester when he scored twenty goals for them last season but he has now fallen out of favour with their new manager, Ian Rush.

His former clubs include Scunthorpe and Northampton Town.

To make way for Stamp, Kelvin Langmead has returned to Preston after finishing his loan spell here.

Both new players should start tomorrow.  Stamp in place of Langmead and Beswetherick at left back instead of Steve Burton.
