The Harriers find themselves with another home game in a jam packed December. Following just the two home games in November today's drawing out of the hat of Scarborough in the FA Trophy and the weekends draw in the LDV giving us a home game against League 1 side Bradford City means that added to the existing three home Conference games will mean an expensive time for Harriers fans this Christmas.
Just tell the kids there are more important things to spend money on this year. The PSP can wait.
The game, due to be played on December 17th, is probably our best chance of some silverware this season but the Trophy does not have the same cache that it did when we were last in the Conference and in recent years it's clubs from below Conference level that have played in the final, usually at The Britannia Stadium, Stoke.
It's hoped by some fans that this years final will be one of the first games to be held at the all new Wembley Stadium but I would doubt very much if it was. That will now be reserved for proper football teams but we might get the Millennium Stadium if we ask nicely.
Other stand out games in the draw are Hereford away to Bognor Regis, Worcester City v Hayes, Aldershot at home to last years Trophy winners Grays and Stevenage v Crawley.
Any replays will be played during the following week so somebody didn't take the LDV games into account when working that out then.
