Match preview Vs Grays Athletic

Date: 28-03-06 Venue: Aggborough Kick off: 19:45hrs
The same day that we were handing out bragging rights to the local yokels, Hereford Utd, Grays were on their way to their second FA Trophy appearance in consecutive years.    They beat Exeter City in Essex by 2-0 to win the semi finals 3-2 on aggregate and book their place at Upton Park on Sunday 14th May where they'll take on Woking.

The last time we played them was back in January in the self same competition that they have now graduated in and they won that with a last minute goal that broke our hearts.    With a bit of luck tomorrow night they'll have their minds on other things and won't be interested in playing against us so we can put another three points in the bag.

We came back from Edgar Street with no apparent injuries and just have Wayne Graves missing again.    Simon Rea, Jon Newby and Luke Reynolds are all guaranteed a starting place after starring in the win on Saturday and I don't think there will be any other changes to what looks a winning team.

Grays will have two new signing's hoping to make debuts after they signed Mark DeBolla and Charlie Henry on deadline day last week and the only two injuries they have are to Andy Edwards (toe injury) and Lee Matthews (knee injury).

I think we're in for another tough game tomorrow but having drawn one and lost one we're due for a win against them.
