Match preview Vs York City

Date: 19-11-05 Venue: Aggborough Kick off: 15:00hrs
Wayne Hatswell's missing for this game against high flying York city and yesterday the Harriers manager, Stuart Watkiss, bought in cover for him in the shape of ex Wolves trainee Patrick Flynn.    The 20yr old Dublin man has just been released from Torquay Utd after only making one appearance for them and has joined us on a non-contract deal for an initial one month.

Hats gained the fifth booking of the season at Stevenage last week and will now have to miss just the one game, tomorrow, but with the possible departure of Mark Jackson for cost cutting reasons then we might be bringing in more of these young out of contract players with very little experience that we don't need to pay unless they actually play.

Also rumoured to be on their way, to claw back the money being squandered by our incompetent board of buffoons, are Iyseden Christie and Terry Fleming.    When they have gone the idiots upstairs will then get rid of all the rest of the playing staff, bring in out of contract youth, and then watch as the empire collapses around them claiming it was the fans lack of loyalty that was the cause.

The sooner those prats leave and take the convict with them the better and let Stuart Watkiss get on with the job.

Also out for us will be Simon Russell and Martin O'Connor.    Russell with his broken wrist and Martin with his famous knee.

Andy Bishop For the left back spot vacated by Hats the talk is of winger Michael Blackwood dropping back into that position and Russell Penn getting his first start of the season in Blackwoods position.    I can't see this working, to be honest, and just think it's a bit of flannel from SW and again I am just wondering why Wayne Graves can't play there and if not him why can't we recall Chris McHale from his loan at the Swifts.

Stuart has said it's because he lacks match fitness but has this new guy been playing week in, week out?

Our guests for tomorrow, York City, will be bringing along that fine young striker that scores regularly for them and also for his country.    Yes, Andy Bishop, deemed not good enough for us is now at York and banging in the goals along with being watched by scouts from League clubs.

His last outing was for the Semi Professional England side in Belgium on Tuesday night when he scored the first goal in the 2-0 win for England.

City have recently bought in the former Rochdale midfielder Leo Bertos and also defender Lee Andrews from Carlisle for an initial month long loan.    They'll be without the exotically named Emmanuel Panther after he tore an ankle ligament and also Mark Hotte who will be out for a while with a broken shoulder.

Again, another bad result could see the hawks closing in for the kill on Stuart Watkiss.    Myself I think that the target lies elsewhere.
