In comes Andy Ferrell from Hereford Utd and Jon Brady from Cambridge Utd but also formerly of Hereford. Out goes the much maligned Andy White to Stafford Rangers for a month and no doubt he'll be hoping to impress them enough to win a contract for next season.
Ferrell played for Utd against us when we went down to the Dump last season and beat them with a Michael Blackwood goal after Ferrell had been sent off following a clumsy foul on Terry Fleming. He was an ever present for them that season but this season he hasn't featured so much now that they ply their dubious football in the Football League.
Brady has been around quite a few of the Conference sides but never any higher. The speedy winger with a 'foot like a wand' has been at Cambridge since the New Year and seemed to be one of the better players there according to their fans but he's out of favour with the manager, Jimmy Quinn, and so comes our way. Who are we to complain?
Along with yesterday's signing from Rushden, Glenn Wilson, they are both expected to be playing some part at St Albans on Saturday.
