The Harriers don't quite know where they'll be going in the 1st Round Proper of this seasons FA Trophy when we were drawn to play either Witton Albion or Matlock Town.  Whichever team wins the replay at Matlock tomorrow night will be entertaining us on December 12th.

We have played Witton on a number of occasions in the past with our last meeting coming in 1996 in the FA Cup when we won 4-1.  We have never had the pleasure of playing Matlock before and, apart from Matlock having home advantage tomorrow night, it looks the more attractive option for a pleasant day out in the Derbyshire Peak District rather than an industrial estate next to chemical and cement factories.

On Saturday both sides fought out a 1-1 draw in a rainy and windswept Witton with the home sides goal coming from the former Swansea City striker Brad Maylett and Matlocks late equaliser came courtesy of substitute Mark Haran.

Witton, who play at Wincham Park, ply their trade in the Unibond Division 1 Sth and at the moment sit in 5th place while Matlock, The Geoquip Stadium, play in the Unibond Premier and are in 14th place.
