The Harriers could be facing Northampton in the next round, 1st round proper, of the FA Cup if they can first get past the forbidding task of beating Fleetwood in Tuesday nights replay in Lancashire.
In the draw made at lunchtime today both Harriers and Fleetwood fans had to suffer a nailbiting twenty minutes only to see us become the final ball drawn out of the bag. As soon as number 32 came out it was odds on that we could be travelling back to the scene of our relegation from the Football League back in
May 2005.
The rest of the draw threw up some games that we would have loved to be involved in such as Stourbridge v Walsall. What a fantastic local derby that could have been for us.
The remainder of the draw saw only one of the bigger sides in League One ending up at a Non League side with 'plucky' little Paulton Rovers getting Norwich City at home. Could well be a game destined to be switched to Bristol City or Rovers that weekend.
The draw in full with games to be played on the weekend on November 7th.
