The Harriers signed up their second former player today when Wrexhams Marc Williams re-joined the club.  He was on loan here from mid August until mid November last season and in that time the flame haired striker won many fans over with his non stop performances that produced three goals in seventeen appearances for us.

The first clue that Marc would be signing for us came when his brother, left back Mike, signed a new contract a few weeks ago and then soon after Marc was told he could find another club by Wrexham.

Marc has signed a one year deal with the club.  The same as his brother.

There is expected to be another new striker signing for the club early next week from another Midlands club.  He has been with us before as a triallist but didn't manage to get a contract.

In other recent transfer news we were sorry to see Tom Shaw leave for Cambridge Utd recently.  Tom had been expected to be one of the players that Steve Burr would build the side around next season but it appears he had a better offer from a club that finished below us and are just as cash strapped as we are.  It's a strange world is football.
