Match preview Vs Bath City

gif

Date: 05-02-11gif Venue: Aggboroughgif Kick off: 15:00hrs
With all this bad news around the club it's important to remember that we have a game tomorrow.  Bath City are our visitors and three points against them would be a great boost in our effort to minimise the result of the possible ten point deduction that could be coming our way soon.

City beat us down at theirs earlier in the season in what was, according to many, one of our worst performances of the season.  Now is our chance to reverse that with an all guns blazing win.  City, on the otherhand, will also be going all out to complete the double over us and improve on their recent upturn in form that has seen them rise to a solid mid table berth after facing the relegation zone for much of the season.

They'll be without Daniel Webb for the game after he broke his cheekbone during City's 4-0 victory over his old club, Cambridge Utd.  Midfielder Adie Harris missed that win with a thigh injury and could be out for two weeks but Lewis Hogg's pelvic injury could last until the end of the season.

We have a few injuries for the game with a slight injury to Lee Vaughans hamstring that hopefully was caught just in time during a friendly work out at Port Vale.  The other Lee, Morris, will still be out with his thigh injury that wasn't caught in time while Matty Blair and Dave Hankin will both undergo last minute checks to see if they're fit following injuries picked up at Hayes last week.

All we need now is for the team to be paid for last month and to turn up and play tomorrow.  We don't want a Weymouth situation on our hands.

Kyle Hadley has now left the club and gone back up North with a view to joining the club that he has been on loan at, Harrogate Town.  The only problem is that Harrogate are strapped for cash and may not be able to afford to pay him.  This disease is spreading.

There will also be a collection before and during the game to raise funds to save our club.  Please give generously.
