David Bird The Harriers make the exciting trip South of the river tomorrow night when they take on Ebbsfleet Utd in the Blue Square Prem.  It's a journey that many fans thought they wouldn't need to undertake ever again after their relegation two years ago but in typical Ebbsfleet fashion they came back up again.

They've still ended up struggling to make any real headway in this League but they have just had their best run so far with four wins in five games from mid October to mid November.  They won't be getting relegated this time but they won't be in the play-offs either.

They'll be without Yado Mambo (on loan from Charlton Athletic) tomorrow following his sending off on Saturday in their 3-0 defaet at Lincoln City.

We'll be without David Bird (right) following his return to his parent club, Cheltenham, today.  With many of our contracted midfielders back from injury, or due back soon, there was no reason to keep him on here any longer.  It's a shame really because although he had a dodgy start to his six games with us he has improved in recent weeks and has become a real asset in the middle of the park.  Steve Burr has said that he'll be looking to bring him back to the club in the New Year.

Kyle Storer made his comeback in the goalless draw at home to Cambridge Utd on Saturday but Jack Byrne and Mike Williams are still some way from fitness and it'll be another few weeks before we see either of those two again.  Lee Hendrie also made his debut for us during the second half of Saturdays game and could well start at Ebbsfleet tomorrow.

As always games at Ebbsfleet are tough to call and this game could well end up as another drawn game.  Not something we want really and so it's hoped that Hendrie will start and so inspire his new team mates to victory.
