Luckily for us, and himself, he's calmed down a bit now and has only picked up six yellow cards this season and just that one red card. He has now become one of our most reliable players and is a credit to his profession.
As for Pit then he has now left Telford and now plays for Chasetown. Others missing from the Telford team line-up are former Harrier David McDermott who has now shipped up at Stourbridge while Stuart Whitehead now plays for Worcester City.
They'll be without winger Steve Jones for the rest of the season after he twisted his knee against Alfreton recently and in the same game Ryan Valentine was sent off and misses three games.
Apart from the two long term injuries, Danny Lewis and Tom Sharpe, we were without Michael Briscoe and Kyle Storer for the home defeat to Fleetwood on Friday evening. Briscoe was out with a back injury and Storer had been sent home with flu. Of the two Storer has the better chance of making it to Telford.
With our home form becoming somewhat dire, we haven't won at home in the League since the beginning of January, it's down to our away form to keep us in touch with the play-off places. We slipped down to eighth place following the completion of the full weekend fixtures and it's only our inability to score that's holding us back.
Fleetwoods Andy Mangan showed us how it should be done on Friday and that was to shoot on sight. We still want to persist with pussy footing around in front of goal and, frankly, it's time we stopped doing it and have a crack instead.
And while we're on this high horse can we please, please, please stop pissing around with free kicks. We need just one man to take it and the rest can go and stand in front of the goal waiting for it to get to them. We do NOT need four men stood around the ball and then taking turns to run over it before it finally trickles into the defensive wall.
ONE man to take it. THREE to hopefully be there to put the rebound away. Thank you.
Now let's get this all important win tomorrow or say goodbye to the play-offs.
