The Harriers will be looking for a similar result to the one we achieved at Edgar Street on Boxing Day.  Another 1-0 win would do us good but I'm sure we wouldn't turn down an even bigger margin.

The fly in the ointment is going to be Hereford themselves and they won't be wanting yet another defeat to their higher placed local rivals.  They'll play out of their skins this time and aim for the draw.

Their lack of fire power at their 'stadium' was their downfall but now they have bought in the free scoring striker, Chris Sharp, from our other locally lower placed team Telford.  Well he would have been free scoring if he'd had got a game at the Bucks Head.

Hereford will be without a couple of players including one time Harriers target Ryan Bowman.  Rumour has it that we're still interested in him but I can't really see where he would fit in or if we could find the money for him.  Unless we somehow get a fee for one of our players in the January window.

Also missing is Andy Gallinagh.  The former Cheltenham defender came on during the second half the other day but got himself clumsily injured two minutes later and was substituted himself by Phil Marsh.  According to reports half the Hereford side were walking wounded by 5.00pm but that could just be down to an over emotional manager.

Marlon Jackson and Chris Carruthers will both be missing from the Hereford side too.  They have been in training but a return to the first eleven is still quite a way off.

We'll be without Dan Pilkington and Jack Byrne but Marvin Johnson is on the way back from injury now and could make the bench tomorrow.  Apart from that we should have a full squad available to us and another three points coming our way by the end of the game.

On a final note Steve Burr was given the Manager of the Month award today and Jamille Matt was handed the Player of the Month award for his goal scoring exploits since he returned to the team.  I don't think we have any worries about the perceived curse of these awards.
