We'll be without Josh Gowling for the game with a reoccurrence of his knee injury that was aggravated towards the end of the win at home to Lincoln City last weekend. It's expected that Kyle Storer will take his place in defence with Aman Verma returning from illness to take over from Storer in midfield. I can't really see it myself and would rather Ty Williams or Jordan Tunnicliffe come in although we have Sam Long on loan from Oxford but he hasn't been seen in ages.
Rovers have just had three points deducted, and a £500 fine due to fielding an illegible player, Luke Oliver, in the opening game of the season and that has dropped them two points below the Harriers in the table. They'll be without Adam Racine with a cruciate ligament injury but he is slowly making his comeback and played in a 3-0 defeat behind closed doors against Exeter City during the week.
We have two former FGR players with us now and I'm sure that Reece Styche and Jared Hodgkiss will be getting a good welcome from their supporters while we'll be doing the same for Lee Hughes if he plays.
