Harry White The Harriers continue in search of Colins dream tomorrow when they visit Boreham Wood for the first time.  With Harriers at the bottom of the table, still, and Boreham in twenty first position this has to be a game that we get at least one point from.

Sadly that still wouldn't be enough for our purposes and sadly it's also looking very unlikely anyway.

With the transfer deadline now gone we've bought in another striker to add to the acquisition of Evan Garnett before last Saturdays 1-0 defeat at Aldershot.  Evan spent most of the game on the bench while the acting manager/head coach - whateveryouwill - made defensive changes to claw the goal back.  Add in commencing the game with a midfielder leading the line and the game was doomed from the start so by the time Garnett came on it was far too late and we drifted further away from the field.

This weeks new bench warmer is the former Gloucester City striker Harry White (right).  He was sold by them to Barnsley at the beginning of the season but has yet to feature in a league game although he has come off the bench in two JPT games.  The tall striker can score goals so if Gordon opts to bring him on at some point we might get to see that rare commodity - an actual goal.

We might also get to see Adam Dawson for the first time since he went on loan to Tranmere in August and if we do then Harry, if he does play, should be able to get on the end of his crosses.  Jordan Tunnicliffe is still some way from a return though.

In recent weeks Boreham have dropped down the table alarmingly from their previous mid-table standing.  In the game at Aggborough last October they equalised Zaine Francis-Angols ninth minute goal in the second half to deny us all three points but after the tenth minute we thought we had the game won anyway and packed in playing.  We got bit on the bum.  Again.

Boreham didn't do anything on deadline day and had finished their recruiting by then.  Manager Luke Garrard revamped his forward line with the arrivals of Jordan Chiedozie (signed from Cambridge Utd), Jamie Lucas (on loan from Bristol Rovers) and Delano Sam-Yorke (loan from FGR) earlier in January.  They also did a strange bit of business after signing Anthony Jeffrey from Concord Rangers and then a few days later allowed him to sign for Forest Green who then loaned him back for the remainder of the season.

They also made some money with Mustafa Tiryaki leaving for an undisclosed fee to a club in Turkey.

They have former Harrier Ricky Shakes still playing for them and he scored in their 1-1 draw at home to Eastleigh two weeks ago.  Their game at Southport last Saturday was a victim of the wet weather.

It's not known what injuries they have.

I truly hope that we can get something from this game tomorrow but deep down I know it aint gonna happen.  No matter who we bring in and whatever formation we play we're Down and Out.  Buried six feet under.  Done and Dusted.  Beyond all Redemption.
