The Harriers have re-signed our former midfielder Darryl Knights on a short term contract until the end of this season.

The Ipswich born player originally signed for us on loan in January 2008 before signing permanently a few months later.  He then stayed at Aggborough until May 2010 when he was released in a cost cutting exercise and promptly joined Newport County who were then coming up through the non-league divisions after overcoming bankruptcy.

With us he played in a total of 129 games scoring 17 times.  From Newport he then joined Solihull Moors in July 2012 and became an ever present for them until their promotion to the National Conference last season and has hardly featured since then.

Dazzler was always a fans favourite during his time here and many thought it a retrograde step when he was released.  Now he has the chance to renew his capabilities with us and maybe earn himself a longer contract.  The only worry now is who will be making way for him?
