He signed a two year contract in May 2001 followed by a six month one in August 2003
After injuring his foot at Hull City in August 2001 he eventually made it as a regular first team player in the 02-03 season but after failing to make the team after signing the contract extension he went to Tamworth on loan for a short period.
He was finally released in November 2003 and joined Tamworth and then Burton.
