He started his career at Norwich City at the age of 10 yrs.
After a handful of appearances for the Canaries he joined Brentford in a £100,000 deal at the age of 19.
After 3 weeks and failing to settle there he joined Peterborough for the same amount, but he could not hold down a first team place.
After having loans out to:
Nuneaton
Dagenham and
Stevenage
he finally arrived at Aggborough.
In Drewes time at the Harriers he failed to live up to expectations and after only scoring 24 goals for us and getting sent off three times he was released on June 11th 2003 to allow him to sign for Southend Utd.
He was then released by Southend and went to Rushden, where he had been on loan at for a short period earlier in the season. It was at Rushden that some of his goals helped to send us down.
