He was signed by Jan when he was manager at Hull City but so far has failed to break into the first team at the KC stadium.
He came here on a months loan as cover for the injured Scott Stamps that was then extended by a further month.
Once Scott had regained fitness Steve returned to Hull but returned here on transfer deadline day 2004 for a further spell and eventually signed a two year contract with the club on May 26th 2004.
In the Autumn of 2005, after failing to find a regular place in the team under Stuart Watkiss, he left the club to play football in Australia.
