Mark Clyde
Mark Clyde

Mark was another one to come in on loan from Wolves and immediately impressed with his cool displays at the back.  So much so that Dave Jones, manager of Wolves at the time, recalled him to Molineux and he appeared regularly after that until he started to develop a mysterious illness in 2004.

He was continually out of the side and he missed all of the 05-06 season but made three appearances at the start of the 06-07 season before getting injured again.    In February 2007 he announced his retirement from the game following a diagnosis of Arthritis.

He has now decided to become a landscape gardener.

Mark was once the captain of the Northern Ireland U21 team.
