Playing in defence he was an ever present at first but towards the end of the season he picked up a stomach injury and rarely played again before returning to the Wolves.
He came back the following pre-season for a further trial and was eventually signed on August 1st 2003 but never really played in that season due to a recurrence of his stomach problems and was finally released a year later.
After failing to find a new club in England he returned back home to Eire to sign for Waterford Utd of the Eircom League on August 12th 2004.
