The former Leicester City youth team member Adam Dawson joined the Harriers after a lengthy trial period during the close season of 2015. He scored a stunning goal in one game at home to Birmingham City.
For a young player he's had quite a few teams after starting at thirteen years of age with his home town team Bury. He was sold to Liverpool as a schoolboy for £100,000 but was released back to Bury after two years but still failed to make an appearance with them and was transferred free of charge to Wigan. Again he failed to make his mark and drifted around the Northern non league scene until Leicester snapped him up.
Still he failed to play a game for them and went out on loan to Notts County, Nuneaton and Bristol Rovers where he became something of a minor legend for them. On his return to Leicester he was released and the rest is history.
With the Harriers after just a few weeks into the season he was allowed to go out on loan to Tranmere after it was realised that because he was a footballer he didn't fit into Gary Whilds plans.
