Nathan Hayward started his career with Birmingham City as a trainee but after being released he joined the Harriers Youth side.

He was promoted from the Youth team to the first team during an injury crisis in the winter of 2008.  He made fourteen appearances for us before being loaned out to Redditch towards the end of the 09-10 season.

Nathan was released during the pre-season friendlies prior to the 2010-11 season.
