Jeff Kenna is another one of the great signing's made by the Harriers manager Mark Yates during the close season of 2006.    The tough defender has been capped 27 times by his country and once figured in a seven figure move from Southampton to Blackburn Rovers.

After ending his Football League career with Derby County he agreed to join the Harriers in their fight to reclaim their place in the League.

With his eye for a pass and a wicked free kick Jeff has been a great addition to the team for us.  A diplomat and a gentleman it's only his legs that are starting to let him down now and he can be beaten for pace.

With Sir Jeff pace isn't all that important though and his skill in avoiding an onrushing player is a joy to behold.

Jeff left the club on April 21st 2008 to take on the job of Galway Utd manager.
