Lloyd Kerry started his career at Sheffield Utd but after just two years as a trainee he joined his hometown club Chesterfield on loan.  While with Utd the midfielder joined Torquay Utd on loan but after seven games there he returned back to Sheffield with a bad foot injury.

Upon leaving Sheffield for good he joined Chesterfield on a permanent basis and appeared regularly in his first full season there but in the following failed to make the team again.  He was sent out to Alfreton Town on loan towards the end of 2009 and has now joined the Harriers on loan until the end of this season.
