Kelvin was a promising striker from Preston North End who came on loan to the Harriers in an effort to improve our goal scoring record.

In his short career he had already been out on loan to both Tamworth and Carlisle.

After scoring one goal in eleven games for us he returned to Preston on Guy Fawkes night 2004 and then, while on loan to Shrewsbury, he signed a permanent deal with the Shropshire side.
