Tom Marshall joined the Harriers from local side Tamworth following his release from them at the end of the 10-11 season.  The tall 23 year old was the captain at The Lamb but made his footballing debut with Hednesford Town when he was just 17 years old.

He played around 170 games for them (no exact figures are available) and from them he joined up with Eastwood Town for one season.  A similar length of time that he spent with Tamworth.

Steve Burr has signed the central defender on a one year contract but midway through he went out on loan to Brackley Town for a month.
