Chris McPhee arrived at Aggborough after being left without a club on leaving financially troubled Weymouth.  The goal scoring midfielder, who grabbed the winning goal for Ebbsfleet in the 2008 FA Trophy Final, started his career at Brighton in 1999 before eventually moving on to Torquay Utd in 2006.

He joined Weymouth at the start of the 2008-09 season and scored seven goals in thirty games for them before being forced to leave after not being paid since before Christmas.

In his time with the Harriers he became a firm, fans favourite and was always a first pick on the team sheet under both Mark Yates and Steve Burr.  He was the team captain for the 09-10 season and in his last season with us he was our leading scorer with 18 goals to his credit.

He re-joined Torquay Utd in June 2011.
