Wes came to Aggborough on loan from his parent club, Nottm Forest, in February 2003 and straight away won the faithful over with his solid displays in defence.

He scored one goal for us, in his final game at Cambridge, but was then recalled by the Forest manager, Paul Hart.

Since returning to the City Ground Wes has made sure he's one of the first names on the team sheet.
