Harriers Online. The wonderful world of Kidderminster Harriers

Greg Pearson was bought in on loan from fellow Blue Square side Grimsby Town to help us in our push for promotion.  The tall striker will be with us until the end of the season and he'll be wanting to get some goals while with us.

He started his footballing career with a short spell at Premiership West Ham but, after a couple of loans, soon moved on to Rushden when they were in the Football League.  From there he joined up with Bishops Stortford where he found his goalscoring touch with forty two goals in two years with them and that triggered the attention of bigger clubs including the Harriers.

Mark Yates tried to sign him while he was in charge at Aggborough but Pearson chose to join Burton instead citing the need to remain part time because of his studies as the reason.  They got promoted soon after but he remained part time until he graduated.

He joined Grimsby Town at the start of this season but has failed to make any kind of impression at Blundell Park.  Let's see if he makes an impression here.
