27yr old Jake Sedgemore joined the club at the end of January 2006 after agreeing to an 18 month contract.    He has played against us on numerous occasions, mainly when he was playing for local rivals Shrewsbury Town while we were in the Football League.

He left them at the end of last season for Bury but found himself sent out on loan to Burton Albion where we came face to face again.

Jake is a creative midfielder but can also play in goal due to him starting his career in that position when he was at Hednesford.

Jake left at the end of the 06-07 season to go part time and eventually joined fellow BSP side Altrincham.
