Oliver Thorne signed for the Harriers on the last day of August 2010 after gaining his release from Newport County earlier that day.  He had only signed for Newport a few weeks earlier from Forest Green but failed to make an appearance of any kind for his new club.

His career started as a youth player at MK Dons and was sent out on loan to Cheshunt.  He left the Dons in July 2009 and joined FGR where he racked up twenty three games and one goal.

After a few months with us, and impressing the fans, he was mysteriously sent out on loan to Rushden & Diamonds and then released from the Harriers.  He has since joined Braintree Town.
