With the final decision not due until next week, i would strongly urge all posters on here to email marcus hart (leader of Wyre forest council) and make a plea for a sports covenant to be added to the finer points of the sale.

My concern is not what will happen under Mr Lane's ownership but, what ...

Am I right in assuming that the "social club" mentioned relates solely to the Harriers Arms, or is it in fact the Harriers Social club behind the ground, which as far as I know has not been connected financially or organisationally to the club for decades?

This season, Wealdstone took 364 fans away to Southend; so if we anticipate 200-250, and possibly a 3,000 attendance?

Wonder at what point the league will step in and force the issue of a ground share. They'll come a time where they'll be a question mark over completing the season. Would of thought the PFA will have something to say about player welfare too with 3 games a week!

Another 6 grand as winners in the kitty, along with our share of the attendance money, I reckon this run totals to date at least 35K.
Southport, Kiddy, Yeovil, Southend, Wealdstone, Horsham, Marine and Woking.
No one there we cant give a game........
