Quite significant difference between the two leagues. Symptomatic of the north/south economic divide?
Have the southern clubs got backing from Del Boy, successful small businessmen? Do the northern clubs
get better attendances because the people have nothing better to do since the demise of whippet racing?

9 ex league clubs in north. Only one in south. Quite surprised the difference in attendance isn`t even more.

Seem to recall Dulwich Hamlet do "pay as much as you want", not sure if it was a one off or for all matches.
Interesting as to why more ex league in the north; more benefactors propelling small clubs at the expense of established league clubs?

Dulwich have done ‘pay what u like days’. Probably once a season. Have been in exile at Tooting until recently, now back home getting 2.5-3k. Likely to stay on this till end of the season.

Re: NLN v NLS Attendance
Dulwich have no rich benefactors and rely on local support and fans through the gate. Whole community is welcomed. Bit of a different vibe to Kiddy, but seems to be working
